About Jasmine

Jasmine brings her background in energy justice and climate and energy policy and regulation to Hua Nani Partners. She is passionate about tackling the climate crisis by helping decision-makers implement equitable climate and energy policies. Her work at Hua Nani Partners has helped support state efforts to advance transportation electrification and electric grid resilience. 

Prior to joining Hua Nani Partners, Jasmine was with the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners where she developed resources for state public utility commissions on issues including transportation electrification, energy justice, nuclear energy, and carbon capture. She also has experience as a consultant for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, providing outreach support and technical assistance on state and local climate and energy policy issues and emergency management. 

Jasmine holds a BS in Geology from Brown University and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of California, Berkeley in Energy and Resources. 

She lives in Oakland, California, and in her free time enjoys spending time near the water, powerlifting, and hiking.
