About Doorae

Doorae has 12 years of experience organizing and advocating for sustainability and progressive change in Hawaiʻi. She has previously served in roles at the University of Hawaiʻi’s Office of Sustainability, Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation, and Surfrider Foundation. She is the Founder & Director of Hawaiʻi Impact Collaborative, a consulting firm supporting organizations with missions focusing on sustainability, justice, and equity. At Hua Nani Partners, she supports Hawaiʻi-based climate and environmental projects.
