HNP is seeking a full-time Manager to join our team. The position will be focused on leading client-based climate and energy policy projects, in close coordination with HNP’s leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 3-4 client projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in climate and/or energy policy at the state level. The candidate must have experience managing concurrent project deadlines, a can-do attitude for problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be highly collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and mission-driven. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Some travel will be required for this position. We will only consider applications on a full-time salaried basis.

HNP is seeking an Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. The Associate will support HNP project leads and staff with key assistance in client relations, research, and analysis. Associates contribute to client deliverables, facilitate project management activities, and track relevant issue areas and policy priorities. The ideal candidate will have existing subject-matter knowledge of energy policy and 1-2 years of professional experience. The role requires strong written, verbal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
